Melody Cooper
CEO and Director
Melody is a graduate of Emily Carr University. Her background is in Property Management and Event management. She is the Director of Operations for NextGen Food Robotics Corp. and sits on the Board of Directors as Secretary/ Treasurer. NextGen is a Food Manufacturing Company offering Commissary Kitchens, Ghost Kitchens and small-scale co-packing. The company is building a breakthrough proprietary artificial Intelligence chat platform, not seen in the market today - codenamed the “Lily." Lily is an artificial intelligence chat platform designed to offer consumers a new way to order food and for manufacturers to predict what their consumers are in the market for. Melody runs all aspects of the day-to-day operations at both facilities in Vancouver, BC and manages 50 + food businesses out of the Commissary Kitchens.
Gurcharn Deol
Director
Mr Deol is a multi-industry executive with over 35 years of public company management experience. Mr Deol is a director of Green Battery Metals Corp, Trilogy AI Corp and Bayridge Resources Corp., all public companies trading on the Canadian Stock Exchanges and CFO of Akanda Corp a NASDAQ listed company. Mr. Deol’s recent experiences include being a director or in management of numerous Canadian private and public companies including CEO of Bayridge Resources Inc., a director of Trilogy AI Corp (new name for Ambari Brands Inc)., Green Battery Minerals Inc., Argyle Resources Corp and Neotech Metals Inc. He has been involved in establishing initial IPOs, which required taking private companies in Canada through the regulatory process of going public. Mr. Deol holds a B.A., M.A., PhD in Physiological and Counseling Psychology.
Meissam Hagh Panah
Director
Meissam Hagh Panah is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in international affairs and business development across various industries. Meissam completed most of his studies at the university of Milan in Italy and obtained a certificate in Administration from HEC in Montreal in 2013, while holding various management positions in Montreal's technology sector.
Fluent in five languages, he is particularly skilled at navigating business expansion in European and North American markets. Over the past few years Meissam has been consulting and working with several Cannabis related companies, from cultivators to extractors, as well as packaging and equipment suppliers, to optimize their operations and business strategy. Since 2019, Meissam has served as the Chief Operating Officer of a publicly traded company and continues to serve on the board of directors of Eureka Lithium and Trilogy AI Corp, all listed on the CSE.
DJ Bowen
Director
Prior to joining Trilogy, DJ has served on the boards of multiple public resource companies. He brings over 20 years of expertise in quantitative trading, portfolio management, financial analysis, and software development for equity markets. He is well versed in programming, having developed numerous financial applications to streamline trading operations.
